Cancellation and Refund Policies

Availability

Experience vouchers which are valid for twelve months from the chosen start date, or the date of purchase if no chosen start date is specified. Each recipient is free to book their preferred date for their chosen experience. The experiences in respect of which vouchers may be redeemed are subject to availability. To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you book the experience, in respect of which the voucher will be redeemed, well in advance and DO NOT organise travel or accommodation until I have confirmed the booking via email. Experience days are subject to availability and it is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure they find an available date for their experience ahead of the known expiry date of the voucher. 

What to do if you need to reschedule your booking

I require a minimum of 21 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date if you wish to reschedule your booking. Re-booking for bookings made within 21 days of your experience are not permitted unless a relevant medical condition or family bereavement prevents the participant from attending and it is agreed with myself in writing prior to your scheduled arrival date. Re-bookings are also subject to my availability and if I cannot accommodate your requirements before your voucher expiry date you will forfeit your booking.

In the event of cancellation or booking amendments made less than 21 days before the event that are not agreed in writing with myself, or failure to attend the event, you will forfeit your booking and Cameron Huggins Blacksmith shall be entitled to retain full payment. Please make sure you understand these rules regarding the changing or cancellation of a booking at short notice as a refund or booking amendment cannot be offered in the circumstances outlined above.

These restrictions form an important part of your contract with us and we do hope you agree that they are fair and reasonable. They are imposed simply because we cannot expect to replace a cancelled booking in less than 21 days.

What to do if you would like a refund

We offer a full refund within the 28 days of purchase. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you made your purchase, after the 28 days of purchase a full refund will not be permitted. Postage costs will not be reimbursed and a non-refundable admin fee of £10 is applied to the vouchers.

To receive a full refund:

  • It must be less than 28 days since you received your item.

  • You must have proof of purchase, such as your receipt, e-receipt, delivery note, or your order confirmation email.

  • If you have a voucher, the date must not have been booked yet. Or, if it has been booked, the date of your booking must not be in the next three weeks.

  • Provide a reason for your refund.

 

If you don’t have proof of purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

Vouchers are valid for a full 12 months from the date of purchase or the chosen start date and must be used during this period. After the expiry date the voucher cannot be used unless an extension period has been agreed with us in writing.

I cannot refund personalised items unless they are faulty.
